At Highland Honey LLC, we are proud to sell locally sourced pure, natural, raw honey from apiaries nestled
in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Our honey is harvested with care, ensuring it maintains the
richness and integrity of its natural origins.
We are deeply committed to placing our apiaries on properties and farms that uphold organic practices and
respect for the environment. We believe in sustainable beekeeping methods that support the health of our
bees, the land, and the ecosystems in which we live. Our apiaries are located on farms that prioritize organic
and environmentally friendly practices, ensuring that both the bees and the land thrive in harmony.
Our Flagship Apiary
Our flagship apiary is a 32-acre food forest, specifically designed to support and nourish our bees. This
biodiverse environment offers the perfect habitat for pollinators, with a variety of flora that provides rich
nectar and pollen sources throughout the seasons.

The nectar and pollen from the following plants and trees are vital to the health of our bees and the quality
of our honey: Clover, Dandelion, Honeysuckle, Autumn Olives, Wine Berries, Goumi Berries, Mulberry
Trees, Black Walnut Trees, Black Locust Trees, Maple Trees, Oak Trees, Canadian Thistle, Milky Thistle,
Milk Weed, Asters, Knotweed, Golden Rod, Peach Trees, Strawberries, Almond Trees, Plum Trees, Kiwi
